TERMS & CONDITIONS FOR DIGITAL PRODUCTS FROM NY PMU Online Academy

Please read the following Terms & Conditions carefully. These Terms and Conditions constitute a contract between you (the Customer) and NY PMU OÜ and apply to anyone purchasing digital products from NY PMU Online Academy. The digital products include, but are not limited to, online courses, downloadable materials, video lessons, and other educational content.

1. Ownership & Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights, including copyright in all content and communication (including text, images, layout, graphics, design, and appearance), belong to NY PMU Online Academy. By purchasing a digital product, you agree that its content cannot be copied, reproduced, modified, stored, redistributed, or commercially exploited in any way without written permission from NY PMU Online Academy.

2. Terms of Use

NY PMU Online Academy determines the scope, structure, and format of each digital product. The volume and format of the provided material are final and cannot be supplemented upon request.

3. Eligibility

To purchase and access digital products from NY PMU Online Academy, the Customer must:

  • Be at least 18 years old.

  • Have a competent level of the language in which the digital product is provided.

  • Possess at least a basic professional competency relevant to the purchased content.

By making a purchase, the Customer assumes full responsibility for determining whether the product is suitable for their level and needs. NY PMU Online Academy is not liable if the Customer is unable to understand or complete the content due to language proficiency or professional competency issues.

4. Purchase & Payment

  • The Customer must provide accurate personal details when making a purchase.

  • Full payment is required at the time of purchase. NY PMU Online Academy does not accept deposits, partial, or installment payments.

  • Upon successful payment, the Customer receives access to the digital product using their provided email.

  • If an invoice is required, please contact [email protected] with the necessary details (company name, tax number, etc.).

5. Digital Product Access

  • Access to purchased digital products is provided immediately after payment confirmation.

  • Access duration varies by product. Some products may have a time-limited access period, while others may offer lifetime access. The Customer should verify this before purchase.

  • Any extensions beyond the stated access period may be subject to additional fees.

6. Refund & Cancellation Policy

  • Digital products (including courses, downloadable materials, and video lessons) are non-refundable as they are available immediately upon purchase.

  • For specific courses that allow cancellation (e.g., W-Brows and Master's Hands), a refund request must be submitted within the allowed timeframe and before accessing additional course content.

  • Refund requests submitted more than one month after the end of the registration period will not be accepted.

7. Pricing Policy

  • All prices are correct at the time of purchase, but NY PMU Online Academy reserves the right to change prices at any time.

  • If you do not receive a confirmation email within 24 hours of payment, please contact [email protected].

8. System & Device Requirements

  • The NY PMU Online Academy website is accessible via mobile, tablet, and desktop.

  • Customers may experience difficulties accessing content from regions where digital security restrictions apply. NY PMU Online Academy is not responsible for such third-party restrictions.

9. Certificate of Completion (For Courses)

  • If applicable, Customers will receive a certificate upon completing all required course materials.

  • Some certifications may require additional assessments or exams.

10. System Maintenance & Updates

NY PMU Online Academy may update its systems, which could cause temporary access interruptions. If access is disrupted for more than 72 hours, Customers may receive a corresponding extension.

11. Limitation of Liability

NY PMU Online Academy is not liable for delays, disruptions, or losses caused by force majeure events, including natural disasters, political instability, or technological failures.

12. Complaints & Dispute Resolution

  • Any complaints must be submitted in writing to [email protected].

  • NY PMU Online Academy will respond within 30 days.

13. Legal Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of Estonia. Any disputes shall be settled under Estonian jurisdiction.

14. Changes to Terms & Conditions

NY PMU Online Academy reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time to reflect market conditions and business needs. Customers should review them periodically.
