“W-BROWS” ONLINE COURSE by NY PMU Online Academy 

Please read the following Terms & Сonditions carefully. These Terms and Сonditions are a contract between you (Student) and NY PMU OÜ and apply to anyone starting a course with NY PMU Online Academy. The online course is provided by NY PMU OÜ Phone: +37258844400 Tartu mnt. 83, Tallinn 10115, Estonia (registration code 14802759)

Terms:

This website is owned and operated by NY PMU OÜ under the brand name “NY PMU by Nataliya Yeremenko”. The company name will be referred to as “NY PMU Online Academy” herewith. All intellectual property rights, including copyright in all content and communication (which include copy, content, images, layout, graphics, design and appearance) belong to NY PMY Online Academy. By joining this course, you are agreeing to the Terms & Conditions for joining and that the content and property of NY PMU Online Academy cannot be copied, reproduced, modified, stored, redistributed or exploited commercially in any way without permission from NY PMU Online Academy.

Terms of Use of this Website:

NY PMU Online Academy creates and compiles the content of this course, defines the range of topics, the level of immersion into and the presentation format for each of them. The volume and format of the material presented in the course are final and cannot be supplemented upon a Student’s request.  

Eligibility 

By starting an online course with NY PMU Online Academy, the Student confirms that they meet the following minimum requirements for participation:

  • All Students must be at least 18 years of age.
  • All Students must have a competent level of the language the course is being purchased in and possess a reasonable competence in the language reading and listening comprehension.
  • All Students must have a professional competency no lower than basic level to be able to grasp the material of the course. 

By making a booking with NY PMU Online Academy, it is assumed that the Student satisfies the above conditions and is deemed to have a competent level of the corresponding language. The Student, by making a booking, takes full responsibility in determining whether the course is suitable for their level, including the level of the language and proficiency. NY PMU Online Academy takes no responsibility if the candidate is unable to complete and pass the course. NY PMU Online Academy does not accept any liability for any losses, costs or expenses incurred by or on behalf of a candidate in connection with a candidate’s insufficient language ability. 

Making a booking

The person making a booking complies with the above-mentioned conditions and by paying for the course confirms having read and accepted these Terms and Conditions. 

The Student is fully responsible for the accuracy of the provided personal details. NY PMU Academy will not be responsible for any delay in gaining access to the course caused by the incorrectly entered Student’s information.

The Student must make full payment at the time of booking. NY PMU Online Academy does not accept deposit nor partial or instalment payments. Once the payment is made, a contract exists between the Student and NY PMU Online Academy and all terms and conditions apply. If you require an invoice for your purchase, please contact us at [email protected] and provide the details which you deem necessary to appear in the invoice (company name, tax number, etc.). 

Once the card payment to NY PMU Online Academy has been made, the Student will be registered to obtain immediate access to the course material using the provided email as a login username in combination with the generated password. NY PMU Online Academy holds no liability for the Student’s errors in providing the correct email and password and subsequent delay in gaining access to the course. 

Accuracy of Marketing Materials

NY PMU Online Academy makes every effort to ensure that the marketing material in our website and social media accounts are up to date and accurate. We take no responsibility for any information that is deemed incorrect, and we will endeavor to do our best to inform you of any changes to the course. We reserve the right to change any of the information in our website at any time we feel appropriate.

 Content of the course

 The course content and volume varies depending on the selected Package. 

Package 1 includes: five course modules, practice exercises, PDF material (5 files), certificate of completion (available if a Student has covered the course in full). Package 1 does not include Live Q&A sessions, private group or mentor support. 

Package 2 includes: five course modules, practice exercises, PDF material (5 files), certificate of completion (available if a Student has covered the course in full), participation in Facebook private group, Live Q&A sessions in FB group with the mentor, additional PDF material (3 files), Hyperreralism mini-course, one alopecia demo procedure. Package 2 does not include homework or certified master examination. 

 Package 3 includes: five course modules, practice exercises, PDF material (5 files), certificate of completion (available if a Student has covered the course in full), participation in Facebook private group, Live Q&A sessions in FB group with the mentor, additional PDF material (3 files), Hyperreralism mini-course, two alopecia procedure demos,  homework and feedback program, unlimited access, certified W-Brows master examination. 

Pricing

All prices announced on our website are correct at the time of booking. However, NY PMU Online Academy reserves the right and discretion to change our prices at any time. 

Once you have paid for a course, you will be sent email confirmation with 24 hours of payment. If you do not receive an email, then please contact us at [email protected]

Device Requirements

Our website can be viewed on mobile, tablet and desktop formats. If you are having any problems viewing our website, then please contact us at [email protected]. Some users may experience difficulties accessing the course from regions recognized as those posing a threat to digital security by the international platform the course is developed on. This is a third party action which NY PMU Academy has bears no responsibility for. 

Cancellation

NY PMU Online Academy grants to the Student the right to cancel the contract between them and NY PMU Online Academy after the completion of Module 1 of the course. Once we receive your written cancellation in the form of an email sent to us at [email protected], we will refund your course fee within 30 days. If a Student advances further than Module 1 of the course or accesses any material of the course other than Module 1 (including bonus material), they will no longer be eligible for a refund. Once you have started Module 2, or bonus lessons, you will be under the full cancellation conditions of courses which are 100% non-refundable. If the request for refund was received later than 1 month after the end of the registration period, the course is 100% non-refundable. Should the system show that the Student has in fact advanced in their studies further than Module 1 of the course, the request for cancellation will be denied.

Time Period for the completion of course

The Student receives full access to the course material immediately after their payment has been confirmed. For course Packages  1 and 2, the Student retains access to the course for 12 months. For Package 3, the access duration is unlimited. The unlimited access may be terminated in case NY PMU OÜ seizes to exist. 

 Extension

For Packages 1 and 2, any extension of the access to the course is a subject to additional fee. Please contact us at  [email protected] if you need to extend your course. 

How to pass the course?

The Student needs to cover all the material included in the course in order to be eligible for the Certificate of Completion. The Certificate can be claimed at the last section of the online course. 

Certified Master eligibility (for Package 3 holders)

In addition to the Certificate of Completion, the Students who have registered for Package 3 have the opportunity to apply for a Certified W-Brows Master certificate. This certificate will only be granted in the Student has successfully passed the corresponding examination process. This process is to be completed within one year since the course purchase. If a Student has failed to pass the test, they will have one more attempt to do so. Overall, a Students gets two attempts at receiving the Expert Certificate. Any further attempts are a subject to additional fee. 

System Maintenance and Upgrades

At certain times our systems and software programs may be updated. In the event of an update, we will endeavour to do this work as quickly as possible. However, if our systems are not working for a period longer than 72 hours, we shall allow our Students to extend their course for a corresponding period of time.

Limitation to Liability 

NY PMU Online Academy does not accept any liability for any loss or additional expense caused by delay or disruption to services, caused by force majeure. Force majeure represents unusual or unforeseeable circumstances, which include war, terrorist activities, riots, natural disasters or nuclear disasters such as fire, flood or adverse weather conditions.

Complaints

If at any time, you are unhappy with the NY PMU Online Academy service then please contact us immediately at [email protected] and we will endeavor to respond as quickly as possible but no more than 30 days following the receipt of your complaint.

  • The contents of this course are the intellectual property of NY PMU OU and is not to be copied or distributed partially or in whole without the written permission of the copyright owner 
  • The purchased is made in one payment and not a subject to a partial payments program
  • The course purchased is provided in one (1) language version only. Should the user be interested in obtaining another version, they should contact the service provider for a corresponding offer.
  • The course is for individual use only and should not be accessed by anyone other than the client.
  • The composition of this course is consistent to the description provided at the sales webpage
  • The contents of this course is available to the client during 1 full calendar year from the day of purchase. Any prolongation of access is subject to negotiation with the service provider and will entail additional payment. 
  • The course does not include individual consultations with the mentor. The mentor will provide their feedback to the Students’ work in Facebook group selectively, at least twice a week. 
  • Support is carried out by NY PMU Online Academy representatives in English and Russian languages. 

The Law and its Jurisdiction

These terms and conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of and in connection with them or their subject matter (including no contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and shall be construed in accordance with the laws and regulations of the Republic of Estonia, and the courts of Estonia shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any claim arising out of it.

Third Party Rights:

A person that has no connection to the course shall have no rights in the contract.

Changes to Terms and Conditions:

NY PMU Online Academy reserves the right to change any of these conditions at any time deemed necessary to reflect current market and economic conditions.

Severance

If any party finds any of the terms and conditions in this document to be deemed illegal, invalid or unenforceable then these parts will be deleted while the other parts of the terms and conditions will be deemed valid.

Right of access

The Course and the relevant login details are solely for your use. Other parties cannot use these details.

All disputes, complaints and changes can be made in writing to [email protected]. Please be aware that we do our best to respond to contact emails as quickly as possible. We have very high customer service expectations and will endeavor to reply to your contact email within 2 working days after receipt of your email. We would also like to make you aware that sometimes spam filters do not allow our emails into your system. Please check your junk/spam folders and the settings on your Email Client. NY PMU Online Academy does not take responsibility for you not receiving emails due to filters/junk or spam folders on your Email Client.

Controlling your Personal Information

Please be aware that you as an individual can choose to allow your personal information to be used by businesses at any time. You can manage your preferences and computer systems to disable settings on your personal computer.
